Registration Information Packet

 

Harvest Academy Summer Camp is designed to provide children with a safe, engaging, and educational environment during the summer months. Our program combines learning, recreation, and character development through structured activities and supervised outings.

 

Campers will participate in a variety of activities including academic tutoring, swimming, movies, trips to the zoo, and outdoor hiking experiences. These activities are designed to encourage learning, creativity, physical activity, and teamwork.

 

Parents are required to complete all registration forms prior to enrollment.

 

 

 

CAMP ACTIVITIES

 

 

Students enrolled in Harvest Academy Summer Camp will participate in the following activities:

 

• Academic Tutoring

• Swimming Days

• Educational Movies

• Zoo Field Trips

• Nature Hiking & Outdoor Activities

• Games and Group Activities

 

These activities are supervised by trained staff members to ensure safety and positive engagement.

 

 

 

LUNCH POLICY

 

 

Parents are responsible for sending their child with their own lunch each day.

 

Please ensure lunches are:

• Nutritious

• Clearly labeled with the child’s name

• Free from items that require refrigeration unless packed in insulated containers.

 

 

 

BEFORE & AFTER CARE

 

 

Before and after care services are available for families who need extended hours.

$100 per week

 

This includes:

• Morning breakfast

• Afternoon snacks

• Supervised care before and after camp hours
